Städservice in Uppsala Municipality announced, earlier this year, the tender competition "Digital solution for the cleaning department". In competition for the assignment, there were three suppliers which submitted answers, but in a system demonstration to prove fulfillment of the requirements "live", Datec AS was the only supplier that fulfilled these in their entirety.
The contract was formally signed on July 7th this year, an agreement of 4 years with the possibility of extension for 3+3 years. The contract has a value of approx. SEK 12 million
The client, Uppsala Municipality, describes the tender as follows:
"The procurement includes digital support for cleaning services with the following functions: import drawings & create digital drawings, cleaning planning, cost calculations on objects/assignments, offers and contract-management, creation of invoice documents, operational planning, i.e. resource-efficient matching of tasks and personnel, support for daily operations in case of changes, digital solution for cleaners, quality control and report function.
The goal for Uppsala Municipality is to implement CleanPilot for Städservice's seven managers and 250 cleaners.
The only award criteria in the tender was lowest comparative price. This was calculated on the basis of price, minus Mervärden. Mervärden are added values that were not mandatory requirements, but which were counted if they were met.
The comparison price was thus calculated according to the following formula:
